End of Session Ratings and Progress Charts

Congratulations to Kartik and Lennox who solved all nine problems! Gage missed only one.
The way I rated the test was to start with 100 and add 100 points for each correct solution. Then I pretended you got two draws against someone with that rating. So the higher your rating the higher your score needed to be to gain points.
