Minnesota Jr High Chess League - Updated 1-16

We have joined a chess league competing against other schools in the area. We need our top five players, but we'll undoubtedly need 1 or 2 subs on occasion. Extra players are welcome to come and play other team's extra players for a scrimmage game. Parents will need to get together to arrange transportation to and from the matches.
Teams: Metcalf A, B and C, Salem Hills, Friendly Hills, Faithful Shepherd.
We'll start when all teams are there 3:30 to 3:45
My guess is that the 5:40 ending time will be hard to meet also.

Jan 25 at Metcalf 3:30-5:40      Rd1- vs Metcalf B Rd2 vs Friendly Hills
Phani Bonam will transport the top 5 to Metcalf
Parents need to pick up their child at Metcalf at 5:40

Feb 1 at Friendly Hills 3:30-5:40 Rd3 vs Faithful Shepherd Rd4 vs Metcalf A
Linda Wang will transport the top 7 to Friendly Hills
Parents need to pick up their child at Friendly Hill at 5:40

Feb 8 at Metcalf 3:30-5:40 Rd 5 vs Metcalf C
Phani Bonam will transport the top 5 to Metcalf
Parents need to pick up their child at Metcalf at 5:40

Apr 6 (Saturday) Playoffs at Metcalf (1st and 2nd place qualify)  

The format is our top 5 face another school's top 5. Team that wins 3 games wins the match.
Rules: Touch move. All games must be notated. All games will use clocks if they are available. (Bring your chess set and clock if you own one.)
