New session and Ratings

Parents - if your child needs a chess set like the ones we use and are used at tournaments, I have them available for $11. (I buy in bulk and get discounts.) Normally around $25-$30. Includes vinyl board, pieces with extra queens, and zippered carrying case with handles and sleeve for board.

Next week: How the other 3 pieces move and setting up the board.
Advanced players will be notating a game.

FEB 11 - 8:30-2:30+ at Metcalf Middle School Cost $20 plus $2 fee for first timers, plus lunch $5. Let's try to field some strong teams of 3 in the same grade on the 11th
